Sindre Østgård is the Chair of Katapult Ocean, Partner at We Are Human and on the Board of Stewards at 2050.do. Sindre is a visionary ocean protector and impact investing innovator, member of Explorers Club, Co-Captain of EntrepeneurShipOne & Entrepreneur/Island. 

He was former board member of Kahoot through IPO, CEO of the Tinius Trust (Schibsted) Nordic Lead for Discovery International and Head of Digital at NRK. Sindre has diverse experience in strategy, corporate innovation and the global aligned capital and venture ecosystem.

Marte Garmann is an experienced Producer, Publisher and Initially a feature photographer working in leading news outlets.

She is also an experienced food photographer, project manager, editor, and publisher. She has Co-created over 15 books for various publishing houses, worked with clients like the National Theatre and the Prime Minister's Office, curated an extensive exhibition on national living design, and collaborated on the Snøhetta exhibition at the National Museum.

Marte is also a resilience coach and herbalist, guiding people and businesses in a more aligned way of living and leading according to our own nature and the greater nature we are a part of.
